When will this Day be celebrated? February 22nd of each calendar year.
What is National TWOodles’ Day? I would like to proclaim February 22nd, 2022 (this year and annually) as TWOodles’ Day. It will be the collective “Birthday” of sorts, for the Twoodle characters from TwoodleTown. Annual TWOodles’ Day is intended to be celebrated by kids and their caregivers, as a day to make up funny words and stories and tell your own “Twoodle Tales” to promote literacy and creative story telling.
Why is this day being created? TWOodles are a gang of self empowering, happy little cartoon blobs who embark on many a silly adventure they call Twoodles Tales, which they make up as they go along. They are meant to encourage literacy and creativity. Twoodles are intended for publishing, toys and animation. They are near and dear to my heart as I have been sewing “Twoodle Toys” for years. And of course, the 2nd month of the calendar, on the 22 (two-twos) day, in the year 2022 is the PERFECT day for them to celebrate! I would like to create this day to make it their official “Birthday” of sorts. (Twoodles / Twoodle Tales is a registered trademark in my name. I own all copyrights.)
How should this day be observed? TWOodles’ Day should be celebrated by making up your own little Twoodles Tales, using funny words and ideas that pop from your head.
