What is National Career Coach Day?
National Career Coach Day is a day to recognize and celebrate the important work of career coaches across the United States. It’s important to bring awareness to the impact these professionals have on their clients’ career paths and future potential, as these specialty coaches are helping shape the future of the workplace.
Why is this day being created?
This day is being created because the career specialty of life coaching is becoming more prevalent and deserves a dedicated day to honor the work that these coaches do to help people find the fulfilling careers they deserve. We want to bring comradery to the profession, give coaches a day to come together, and create a space to celebrate accomplishments.
How should this day be observed?
This day should be celebrated by hosting Career Coaching Summits to give people free resources or tools at a time of the year when job searching and hiring are at their highest. For example, we would love to see coaches do collaborative events that give discounts and free resources to their networks.
